Letter of Authorization
To assist Stream Energy in delivering the best possible pricing to you, it is necessary for us to retrieve your historical usage information from your Transmission Distribution Service Provider (TDSP) - the entity responsible for the actual delivery of the electricity to your business.
To this end, we are required to secure your permission in writing via a Letter of Authorization. Please note, this LOA does not bind you in any way or form; it merely enables us to provide you the most accurate pricing available.
